RFP - Comprehensive Plan Update - Spring Hill, KS

The City of Spring Hill, Kansas is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide consulting services for the following:

Comprehensive Plan Update

Two (2) physical copies of the proposal and one (1) USB flash drive containing a PDF version of the proposal shall be mailed to:

401 N. Madison St.

P.O. Box 424

Spring Hill, KS 66083

Attn: City Clerk

The proposal must be sealed and clearly labeled with the name and address of the respondent, as well as the project name:

“RFP – Comprehensive Plan Update”

RFP Deadline: Responses must be received no later than 12:00pm CST on Monday, May 18, 2026.  Proposals received after the specified deadline will be returned unopened to the non-responsive firm.

The RFP is available at City Hall, located at 401 N. Madison St, P.O. Box 424, Spring Hill, KS 66083, or available online at www.springhillks.gov .
