This is a Restrictive Bid NOTICE: To bid on this project, you must receive an e-mail directly from the City of Richland Purchasing DIVISION. If you only received notice from Public Purchase you are not necessarily eligible to bid. Contact Purchasing at 509-942-7710 if you have questions regarding your eligibility. An invitation to Bid was issued in accordance with RCW 35.22.620, which permits the use of a Small Works Roster to solicit bids. Only qualified contractors who have (1) filled out an application to be on the MRSC Small Works Roster and have been accepted, and (2) been invited to bid on this project by the City, may submit bids. The project consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all materials, labor, tools and equipment necessary to perform the work required. The project consists of installation of a new concrete manhole, removal and replacement of a buried concrete manhole, removal and replacement of an existing 8” and 10” sewer pipe, and asphalt patching and other related work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. Engineer's estimate: $102,000
