The Arts Center is a former UCONN Campus is 30,000 square foot facility on 23 acres of developed land. The terrace, as originally designed, is located on the West side of the front of the building, and requires a complete renovation. The project includes the installation of new drainage, hardscape and site elements to create a lively and usable terrace plaza as outlined in the Project Manual and Site Plan. Mandatory Walk-through is Thursday, August 21st any time from 9am to 3pm. Bid opening is Tuesday, October 7th, 2025 at 2:15PM at Five Points Arts Center, 855 University Drive, Torrington, CT 06790.
