There was no response for Suppliers on the RSI019039 contract.  All vendors are welcome to bid.  Please follow all instructions.

The objective of this project involves remove existing Siemans fire alarm devices and replace with a new Honeywell Notifier Onyx system across the Annex, Parking Garage, elevator lobbies, and machine rooms.
Provide new control panels (Annex main panel and sub‑panel in the William Green Building Command Center) and connect the Annex/garage system to the main building system while reusing existing wiring where practical.
Program, test, inspect, and train end‑users to ensure a compliant, fully operational life‑safety system.

**Scope of Work

**Project Conditions
Work Hours : Perform work during standard business hours 7AM to 6PM weekdays
Prevailing Wage : Prevailing wage rates should be included for pricing over $70,000.
Sales Tax : Sales/use tax should not be included in pricing; purchaser to provide exemption or pay applicable taxes.
Fire Watch : Fire watch to be provided by Owner.
Shipping/Handling : Included per proposer’s general conditions.
