The purpose of this annoucement is post a follow-up question regarding the provided Questions and Answers posted on December 23, 2025.

Question: Will the prime contractor be responsible for watering the re-seeded grass/straw? If so, what is the duration of the required watering?

Answer: The prime contractor is only responsible for the inital watering of the re-seeded/saw.
