The Missouri Department of Transportation has determined that only once source, Anderson UnderBridge, can provide MoDOT with (1) HP35 Trailer Model hydra platform. Anderson UnderBridge is the only distributor and manufacturer who can provide the equipment because the equipment is proprietary and only available from a single manufacturer or distributor.
