Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has awarded a Firm Fixed Price Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-21-G-0006 to The Boeing Company (Cage 0PXV4) of St Louis, Missouri for the procurement of forty-eight (48) retrofit kits in FY24 and forty-eight (48) retrofit kits in FY25. This contract was procured non-competitively pursuant to 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1). The Boeing Company is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer, and integrator of the F/A-18 aircraft in it various configurations, and is the only source with the knowledge, expertise, and on-site personnel necessary to accomplish this effort within the timeframe required.
