This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.105 Synopsis and Posting Requirements requiring the notification of proposed contract actions. This announcement is not a solicitation or request for quotes or proposals and no contract or purchase order will be awarded from this notice. This requirement will be Total Small Business Set-aside, NAICS Code 332510, PSC 5340.
The Massachusetts Air National Guard intends to post a solicitation in the form of a Request for Quote (RFQ) under FAR Part 13 for EIS LOGDET replacement equipment for the 102nd Intelligence Wing. The Government anticipates that this solicitation will be available after 26 March 2025 from the Contracting Opportunities link within the SAM.gov website on-line at https://sam.gov/. The solicitation, brand name specifications, and associated information will be available only from the SAM.gov website.
