The Regional Transportation District (RTD) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather market input regarding the structure, pricing, and administration of potential on-call construction contracts. Responses will inform development of a future solicitation (RFP) and are not binding.. This RFI is being used to collect industry feedback regarding the general project approach. Background
RTD anticipates requiring on-call construction, repair, maintenance, emergency response, and small project support across its facilities and infrastructure. Work may include, but may not be limited to repairs to facilities and infrastructure, civil/site work, concrete, utilities, mechanical/electrical/plumbing tasks, and emergency stabilization.
