The project is anticipated to take place from May 2025 through September 2027. Total estimated value of the project is approximately $109 Million. The Gant Building Renovations Project will renovate approximately 285,000 SF of lab, office, and mechanical equipment space in the existing Gant Building Facility, during multiple phases. The adjacent wings of the Gant Building Facility will be occupied during the Construction of each phase. This Phase 3 package is intended to renovate roughly 112,000 sf. Phase 3A will be the package to perform demolition/abatement, establishing logistical setups, procurement of select electrical gear, and sitework. An additional Phase 3B for all other construction is to follow at a later date. This Project will be utilizing an established Project Labor Agreement (PLA).
