Request for Qualifications for Professional Development and Training Services
The Capitol Region Council of Governments (CRCOG) is soliciting responses from qualified and experienced individuals, firms, or teams (hereto referred to as Consultants) to assist CRCOG with the development and implementation of a professional development and training plan for CRCOG employees. Respondents should have experience in public agency leadership training and coaching, presentation training, and diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEI+B). It is CRCOG’s intent to award a contract for an initial three-year term, with options for renewal.
