NAWCAD WOLF Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Radio Interface Subsystems

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Cornet Technology, Inc. (CAGE 0KPC5) for the procurement of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) radio interface sub-systems in support of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center and Remote Radio Secure Voice System communication upgrades. The Cornet VoIP radio interface sub-system is the only known solution that can meet the Government's requirements for in-line external crypto support; reduction in Size, Weight, and Power; support for remote control for all system radios; ability to interface multiple users and Plain Text and Cipher Text; and compatibility with the integrated AN/PRC-160 and AN/PRC-167 radios while being rack-mountable.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate under the authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
