Description
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS:

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics center (FLC) Norfolk, Philadelphia Office intends to solicit a total woman owned small business set-aside for Professional and Management Development Training. BUMED is looking for services to improve executive development by enhancing decision-making skills, promoting open communication, fostering a shared understanding within organizations, and strengthening a culture of learning and inclusion. The contractor shall provide inclusive and coordinated capabilities across the entire Naval Medicine enterprise - BUMED Headquarters, Naval Medical Forces Command Atlantic, Naval Medical Forces Command Pacific, and Naval Medical Forces Support Command.
Support will also be provided to Naval Medical Readiness Training Centers/Units (NMRTC/U).

It is anticipated that the resultant solicitation will result in a purchase order issued on a firm fixed price (FFP) basis.
The anticipated base performance period will be 3 February 2025 through 2 February 2026.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 611430. This requirement is a total woman owned small business set-aside.
Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and may submit information that shall be considered by NAVSUP FLC Norfolk, Philadelphia Office.

It is anticipated that the solicitation for this requirement will be posted on or before 3 January of 2025.
Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the aforementioned website for postings of the solicitation and any amendments thereto.

Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
The Government will neither award a contract nor pay for information in response to this notice. Any responses to this synopsis should be sent to the attention of Michael Magazzu at Michael.p.magazzu.civ@us.navy.mil, these responses shall be received no later than 11:30 AM EST on 6 January 2025.

Additional information for this requirement will be listed in the solicitation upon its release, which is anticipated to be on or before 3 January of 2025 to the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) website (www.neco.navy.mil).

Contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website (www.sam.gov) in order to be considered for award.
