Please see the attached Sources Sought and Draft Statement of Work. Responses are due Wed., 04 June 2025 no later than12:00 PM CDT. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, hardware, and equipment necessary to complete the requested work to restore function at B268 located at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston (JBSA-FSH). The work consists of replacement of five (5) heating cooling coils on the air handler unit, remove and replace BRAND NAME Raypack Boiler (part number H3-HD251), remove and replace a BRAND NAME TACO Inline Pump (model# 1935E1R10133178) and installation of a Carbon Monoxide (CO) detector. The part numbers identified above shall be the specified BRAND NAME replacement parts, a one-for-one replacement.
