Project Description: Juab County and the Millard County Children’s Justice Center are seeking proposals from qualified, reliable cleaning service providers to provide weekly janitorial and cleaning services for a professional office facility of approximately 4,000 square feet in Nephi, Utah.
The selected contractor will be responsible for maintaining the facility in a clean, sanitary, professional, and presentable condition.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the best pricing, services and vendor reputation. There will only be one contract rewarded.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for one year. Proposal pricing will remain valid for 60 days following the deadline.
See attached file for cleaning requirements, company requirements and optional pricing that should be included in the proposal.
