Synopsis:

|
Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) is conducting a Request for Quotation for the purchase of YeaLink handsets and HP Poly headsets. All items delivered to SIGA Central Office, see F.O.B address below.

Special Instructions to Bidders:
1. Substitution will not be accepted.
2. Vendors may bid on one or both items.
3. Price quoted must be in Canadian Dollars and the prices listed above shall be the total cost to SIGA including all, shipping/freight, enviro fees, duties, license costs, fees, insurance and all other charges including applicable taxes as itemized in the chart provided.
4. The pricing listed in the Bid submission shall be valid for 30 days from the submission deadline date.
5. SIGA reserves the right to contact any or all Bidders to clarify their submission.
6. Standard warranty to be included, unless already specified. Provide quote and details on any extended warranty options as an attachment to this form.
7. The successful vendor shall provide order confirmation and tracking information.
