Solicitation Summary
The Office of Information Technology
is requesting to
purchase NetApp A300 all-flash array is a high-performance storage array that supports SHA’s and CHART critical applications. The End-of-life (EOL) date was 11/30/21, the End-of-Service-Life (EOSL) date is 11/3/26. Since NetApp will no longer offer support or service for the A300 after the EOSL date, SHA must replace the storage array to maintain the critical applications and Databases (Oracle & SQL) that the A300 supports. Not replacing the A300 will cause a significant performance impact on critical and public safety applications for both CHART and SHA, and no repository for important databases and data.
