The State of Connecticut is requesting proposals to purchase real property for the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection. The Department of Administrative Services will accept proposals for site offerings from property owners or their authorized representative(s) through 3 p.m. on January 15th, 2026, to offer for sale 40 to 60 acres of usable/developable property to accommodate an emergency vehicle operations course. Only sale proposals will be accepted for review, no lease proposals will be considered. Offers from option holders will not be considered.
