Project Description: Stage II Invitation to Bid
Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:
Project Description: This project consists of the removal of the existing safety railing and installation of new safety and hand railings in the atrium at the Pope Science building. The base bid shall include all work and materials associated with this project as outlined in the plans and specifications. This project has a construction window during the Campus Summer Break. May 10, 2026, through August 17, 2026.
Construction Cost Estimate: $300,000.00
