Small Dollar General Contractor Services

Project Description: To support these efforts, the City is seeking proposals from qualified general contractors to provide small construction, renovation, and repair services on an as-needed basis. These projects are typically smaller in scope but play a key role in maintaining safe, functional, and attractive public facilities.
Typical projects are anticipated to range up to $100,000 per project, though the City reserves the right to adjust this limit as needed. The City may use a variety of project delivery methods and will negotiate scope of work, costs based on time and materials, or other factors depending on the size and nature of each project.
