STATEMENT OF WORK





CGC NEAH BAY OPFAC: 09-17505 LOCATION: Cleveland, OH



EQUIPMENT: Hi-Fog Water Mist Fire Suppression System



COMPONENT AFFECTED: ANNUAL INSPECTION OF SYSTEM/ Renewal of 29 Bottles and certified



MPC: R-A-13380



Contractor must set up water mist system for testing; complete the water mist system test; and place water mist system back in normal operation once test is completed. Contractor must ensure all connections, fittings, and equipment within the water mist system are operating correctly as well. Contractor shall use MPC R-A-13380 as guidance.



Any discrepancies found shall be noted; and corrected only if no other cost is needed. If any discrepancy causes cost outside the quote, this shall be routed through customer before discrepancy is corrected.
