The Lake Lanier Islands Development Authority (LLIDA), on its own behalf, is seeking Statements of Qualifications and Proposals in a two-step process from multi-disciplinary design firms, integrating both Land Use Planning and Architectural Services (¿Master Planner¿), interested in providing Master Planning services for a project known as Project No. LLIDA-MP Lake Lanier Islands Master Plan.
Some firms that respond to this RFQ, and who are determined by LLIDA to be sufficiently qualified, may be deemed eligible as Finalist(s), and may be invited to interview and offer Proposal(s) for needed services. All respondents to this two-Step RFQ/RFP are subject to instructions communicated in this document and are cautioned to completely review the entire RFQ and follow instructions carefully. LLIDA reserves the right to reject any or all statements of qualifications or proposals, and to waive technicalities and informalities at the discretion of LLIDA.
