Description
The Glynn County School System desires to retain the services of a Georgia Licensed Roofing
Contractor, under a Construction Management at Risk contract, in accordance with the procedures of
the Georgia Department of Education, for the reroofing of Sterling Elementary School. The roofing
system will be a standing seam metal system over polyisocyanurate insulation. The existing asphalt
shingle roof system will be removed. New roofing system will be attached to the existing tectum roof
deck or to the existing joist system. The wind uplift requirements must comply with IBC 2018.
