Solicitation Description:

2.3 The 74,614 grosssquare foot STAR Park - Building Two project will accommodate space for theMaterials Application Research Center (MARC) program, Texas School SafetyCenter, Division of Research, and the Translational Health ResearchCenter. The proposed project willrequire site and utility improvements/upgrades to this portion of the campus toprovide a facility that is efficient and functional to its users, parking andlandscaping. The project delivery method for construction will be through CompetitiveSealed Proposal (CSP) .
