Scope of Work includes two bid components:

Work Scope 1: Full tear-off and replacement of existing roofing system, including new polyisocyanurate insulation (R-40), PVC membrane, edge metal, drain inserts, and accessories.
Work Scope 2: Thermal improvements to attic-level exterior walls, including fluid-applied air barrier, mineral wool board and batt insulation, vapor retarder, and wood stud framing.
