Solicitation Description:

The City of College Station invites qualified contractors to submit bids for the renovation of the porch of the College Station Fire Station No. 3 located at 1900 Barron Rd. The scope includes removing the existing foundation and filling and replacing of the foundation as a conventionally reinforced stiffened slab-on-grade. A Pre-bid Meeting will be held at City of College Station Fire Station No. 3, located at 1900 Barron Rd, College Station, Texas at 2:00 p.m. CT on Wednesday, October 8, 2025. This meeting is not mandatory, but attendance is highly recommended. Site walk to follow.
