Solicitation Summary
Arundel Community Development Services, Inc. (ACDS),
a private non-profit community development corporation,
is seeking hourly rate quotes from licensed and qualified tree care experts for the provision of providing tree trimming, pruning, tree removal, stump grinding, and other tree health related services at ACDS owned rental units, acquisition/rehabilitation projects, new construction properties and/or other ACDS residential projects. ACDS operates and manages a residential rental portfolio of approximately 90 units throughout Anne Arundel County, Maryland.
ACDS intends to select one or more qualified Tree Service Contractors, based on the selection criteria identified in the Solicitation, to enter into a three-year open-end agreement for said services.
The selected firm(s) will not discriminate in any manner against any employee or applicant for employment on the basis of race, creed, color, handicap or national origin; and is obligated to include a similar requirement in all subcontracts. Federal Requirements Related to Construction Projects Under $200,000 are applicable.
ACDS reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities or irregularities for any proposal as may be determined in its sole discretion and to negotiate in any manner necessary to best serve its interest.
