The Texas General Land Office (“GLO”) issues this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) to solicit Bids for beach access mats and floating beach access wheelchairs. This purchase is for the Coastal Resources Program of the GLO and will be used for GLO certified public beach access points for the City of South Padre Island to enhance beach accessibility for persons with disabilities and pedestrians.
