Iredell County is requesting informal bids for material labor to perform roof replacement and restoration at the Vehicle Services Building, 211 West Sharp Street, Statesville, NC 28677

Work is to be accomplished as specified in the Scope of Work. Primary Materials for this project will be supplied by the Awarded Contractor in the amounts specified by the contractor during the bid process.

Background

Vehicle Services building has one section to be replaced, a BUR roof over wooden deck between two large sections.
