The purpose of this solicitation is for Continuing Services for Water Well Drilling (this "Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide construction services of new water production/augmentation wells to supply raw water to JEA’s system using the design-bid-build method. The Contractor shall provide the required permitting and construction services, as described herein, to support the development and implementation of the Well Projects as described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship.
