Services required include:
- guidance in the acquisition process relating to the applicable laws in PARAMARIBO, SURINAME;
- document drafting and revising;
- assistance in negotiations;
- property title searches and certifications;
- preparing and registering all appropriate documents required for formal transfer of interests in the property
- participate in related meetings and/or negotiations; and
- review and translation of any homeowner association bylaws
