Bid Type: Request for Proposal Locations: State-Wide Keywords: Engineering , Consultant Services Bid Description: The Agency of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as VTrans, is seeking consultant services to assist in the development of railroad bridge, culvert, slope, railroad/highway crossing, Amtrak stations & platforms, railroad track projects, and emergency inspection and design. The selected consultants, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, shall be responsible for performing a variety of project management, design, engineering, bridge inspection, construction services, load rating, environmental permitting, right-of-way services, and bidding services ranging from project definition through contract plan submittal and construction engineering/administration services during construction. The types of services required will be in accordance with the “Vermont Agency of Transportation Project Development Process” or as directed by the VTrans Project Manager.
