Windham Public Schools Employee Benefits Consultant
The Town of Windham Board of Education (the “Board”) is requesting proposals from qualified and responsible employee benefits consulting firms to provide employee benefits consulting services. Sample services include: assisting with the development of and implementation of health insurance plan design; assisting with the negotiation of employee benefits with labor unions; conducting cost analysis of health, and vision insurance plans; on-going evaluation of plan design and claims utilization; advising the Board, if requested, regarding Section 125 plans; advising the Board regarding implementation of Affordable Care Act mandates and other federal or state regulations; advising the Board regarding employee wellness; and serving as a broker for Nurse’s liability, Student Accident, life and long term disability insurance.
