The Middletown Housing Authority, of Middletown, Connecticut (MHA), is publishing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit a firm or firms to provide IT services to support its Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCV), Low Income Public Housing (LIPH) Program and its State of Connecticut Moderate Rental Program; make strategic improvement recommendations; provide assistance in the implementation of those recommendations; undertake and manage IT related projects all as described in the scope of services in this RFP. MHA has no internal IT employees and needs full-service management of its systems, help desk, etc. The current vendor is Charles IT and their contract has expired.
