NEST, Inc. is seeking proposals from Licensed Architectural and Engineering Professionals to provide professional Architectural and Engineering Services for a Master Architectural plan for multiple project sites located within the Crownbrook neighborhood in the lower north end of Waterbury. Services required may include but are not limited to: master architectural design; master site and development planning; compliance inspections; and other related services required for completion of work items.
