Project Description: The Bernalillo County Procurement & Business Services Department on behalf of the Public Works Division Technical Services Department is currently requesting sealed bids from prospective bidders for MDC Treatment Plant Lagoon Decommissioning located at the Metropolitan Detention Center, 100 Deputy Dean Miera Dr SW, Albuquerque, NM 87151. The project includes removal of an existing settling pond and aeration lagoon, removal, hauling and disposal of liquid and sludge, removal and disposal of equipment, structures and HDPE liners, construction of an emergency storage pond with HDPE liner, construction of PVC pipeline, grading and seeding, and installation of restroom facilities.
