Title: Industrial Cleaning Services

Under the terms of this bid, the bidder shall be capable of providing services for Industrial Cleaning Services at the District's Southerly, Easterly and Westerly Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs). The industrial cleaning pr ojects at the WWTPs include removal and disposal of sediment and debris from process tanks, chambers, grit channels, and piping. The Contractor will be tasked with the industrial cleaning of District assets that accumulate sludge, grit, rags, greases, debris, and other waste material are examples of the dewatered solid residues resulting from the cleaning activities comm only found at wastewater treatment plants. Industrial cleaning services shall mean the work performed by a n experienced C ontractor with C ontractor-supplied personnel and equipment capable of providing industrial vacuum and high - pressure jetting services year-round . I t is expected that the waste material removed from the WWTPs will be classified as non-hazardous material with regards to the Federal Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) .
Non-mandatory pre-bid site inspections are to be scheduled with the facility representative identified in the Detailed Specifications (DS-2) between July 28th - 30th, 2025. Site inspections are to be completed by 2:00 pm on Wednesday, July 30th, 2025. This contract includes estimates needed for a two (2) year period or until funds are appropriated to this contract are exhausted, whichever should occur first.
