Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference: April 22, 2025 @ 2:00 pm at the Student Center Lobby This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by Eastern Connecticut State University (hereinafter referred to as the "University" or "ECSU") seeking proposals from qualified vendors to furnish and maintain washer and dryer equipment for use in the University's fourteen (14) residence halls. This service will include the provision, installation, maintenance, and support of commercial laundry machines. The University is seeking proposals under a revenue commission sharing model, in which the selected vendor will supply and service all necessary equipment at no cost to the University and remit a percentage of the generated revenue back to the University under the terms of a mutually agreed-upon commission agreement.
