Madigan Army Medical Center under the Defense Health Agency requires an education learning platform with on demand access, 365 days a year, to the top referenced titles for evidenced based learning in healthcare. The platform must also meet the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) requirements and cover access to the following specific programs: Anesthesiology, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and OBGYN.
