Construction Management Services

The Winsted Health Center, Inc., is seeking a Construction Manager to provide construction services for the repurposing of the Northwest Connecticut Housing and Innovation Center (NCHIC). The rehabilitation of the current 66,000 sq. ft. Winsted Health Center, located on the historic former Winsted Hospital. Approximately 26,000 sq. ft. of the NCHIC will be a state-of-the-art manufacturing, training and educational facility. It will feature an advanced industry-aligned makerspace, wood and metal shops, meeting and co-working areas, a commercial kitchen, and a rooftop green space. Approximately 40,000 sq. ft. of the former hospital will be converted to 40 units of affordable housing. Services required may include but are not limited to: Pre-Construction Services, Bidding Services, Construction Period Services and other related services required for completion of work items.
