Synopsis:
|
|
The Work under this Contract consists of the renovation to the Industrial Arts Shop in the Paradise Hill School. The Owner, Northwest School Division, will be undertaking the general construction and electrical work as described below. The bidder is responsible for the items as outlined.
Briefly, the Work includes:
• Updates to the ventilation system
• Replacement of the dust collector system
• Relocation of the existing welding booths and associated mechanical systems
• Relocating shop equipment
Optional
• MUA replacement – breakout price
The bidder shall supply all necessary materials, equipment, tools, labour, supervision, expertise, and incidentals to undertake and complete the Work in accordance with the Plans, Technical Specifications and other Terms and Conditions outlined in this Contract. All workmanship shall conform to National Codes of Canada.
