Synopsis:
|
|
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Integrated Campground Management Service, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A).
The Ministry of Parks, Culture and Sport (PCS), through its Parks Division (Saskatchewan Parks), has operated an Integrated Campground Management Service (ICMS) since 2012 to support a wide range of outdoor recreation opportunities across the Saskatchewan provincial park system.
To maintain uninterrupted service delivery, Saskatchewan Parks must procure a Service Provider capable of providing and implementing an ICMS solution by no later than September 2027.
