938971 Edmonton Place Brand Development

The City of Edmonton (the City) invites bidders to submit bids for Edmonton Place Brand Development. The City requires a strategic Consultant to provide professional services for the execution and implementation of Phase 2 of Edmonton’s place brand development. The City anticipates that additional phases of the place brand initiative may be required; the City reserves the right to negotiate and incorporate these additional scopes of work into the Contract with the successful bidder.

The Form of Agreement, located in the Form of Agreement Section in the SAP Ariba Platform, defines the Work the successful bidder will perform.

Intended term of Contract: The initial term is 1 year, starting October 31, 2026. The City may, in its sole discretion, extend the Contract on the same terms and conditions for up to 1 additional year.

The City intends to enter into the Contract with only one bidder.

The City has established a maximum budget of $450,000 (inclusive of all applicable taxes) for this procurement. Bids exceeding this amount may not be considered.

The City will only accept bids submitted through the SAP Ariba platform. The City will not accept bids submitted using any other mechanism, including but not limited to, post, courier, fax, e-mail, or orally, unless specifically requested by the City. Bids submitted through means other than the SAP Ariba platform, except as specifically allowed by the City, will not be accepted by the City.

All inquiries and questions, including technical inquiries and inquiries regarding the procedure of this Opportunity, are to be made via SAP Ariba Event Messages prior to the Close of Questions. Any verbal or written inquiries directed in any other way, other than in any bidders conference or pre-bid meeting held pursuant to this Opportunity, may not be considered. The City is not obligated to provide responses to any inquiries or questions it receives regarding this Opportunity.
