Salem Town Hall HVAC Replacement
The Town of Salem is soliciting sealed bids from licensed, certified contractors to furnish labor and materials for the replacement of the existing Town Hall HVAC system and related work at the Salem Town Hall located at 270 Hartford Road, Salem, Connecticut. A copy of the plans and specifications are available at www.salemct.gov. All bids are due no later than May 12, 2026 at 2:00 PM and must be received by the Town Hall prior to the due date and time. Two copies of a sealed proposal must be delivered by hand, regular mail, or overnight mail to the Town of Salem, Administrative Office, 270 Hartford Road, Salem, CT 06420. Proposals will be opened and read aloud in the Conference Room. A pre-bid meeting will be held on April 27, 2026 at 1:30 PM at Salem Town Hall, 270 Hartford Road, Salem, CT 06420. Attendance is not mandatory, but recommended.
