This information will carry forward to a contract if awarded, therefore please ensure all information is correct. ** Entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond (if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded** This project will be renovating the existing Lake Malone State Park Campground, also referred to as LM. Work will consist of the following: The existing bathhouse and campground store will be demolished and rebuilt. New work will consist of a 2500 sq foot bathhouse with campground store, new asphalt drives, alternate camping spurs and living areas and all new utilities in select areas. A new dump station will be provided. Many of the existing features will remain in place such as portions of the existing drives, the playground and many of the trees. The project will require phasing to keep the campground open until the end of the 2026 camping season.
