The U.S. Army Primary Laboratories (APSL), a component of the U.S. Army TMDE Activity (USATA) located at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama has a requirement for a maintenance agreement for ensuring that its Liquid Scintillation Counters are protected to the highest level and operate at maximum performance.
