FNUniv - IT Autonomy Feasibility Study
Synopsis:
First Nations University of Canada (“FNUniv” or the “University”) invites qualified and experienced consul??ng firms (“Proponents”) to conduct a comprehensive review of our current IT and business infrastructure, specifically related to Academic activities.
The end goal is to assess the present state environment and develop a roadmap, including costng, timelines and risk analysis, if the FNUniv was to move this area of its operatons “in-house”. This has been split into two stages, with the first focusing on current state and depending on the feasibility of the optons stemming from this first stage, may then extend into a second focused on the actual implementation.
