Project Description: The Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government (LMG) is now accepting Proposals for one or more organization(s) to administer owner-occupied home repair program(s). LMG is looking for a non-profit organization or organizations to design and implement a federally funded home repair program. Non-profit partners will recruit applicants through outreach and advertising, confirm participant eligibility, conduct and document appropriate home inspections, prepare a comprehensive scope of work, complete or oversee the repairs in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, and provide education to clients on home maintenance and upkeep for at least 25 and up to 100 clients per organization.
