Description
Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of BioOne Complete from Greater Western Library Alliance as a sole source because of the contractor being the single provider of the goods and/or services. OSU is a member of the Greater Western Library Alliance who purchases access to proprietary digital content for its members. The Greater Western Library Alliance coordinates the purchasing and contracts with the providers to obtain better pricing for members. The content being purchased through Greater Western Library Alliance is proprietary. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website. Appeals must be submitted to Procurement, Contracts and Materials Management at
