ITB 20251929 BUS AC COMPONENTS

Project Description: TARC has issued this Invitation to Bid (ITB), a sealed bid solicitation, to obtain Bids from qualified Bidders to supply TARC new parts and supplies for use by the Maintenance Department of their needs of a variety of AC components and related materials. TARC intends to award a single or multiple vendor contract that demonstrates lowest costs for a term of three (3) years. Bidders must complete a cost form, including unit pricing, lead time, and safety stock quantity. Approved-equal may be requested, refer to Approved Equal section within this solicitation document. All bids must be submitted on time according to Section 1.4 of the Schedule. A public bid opening will be held as prescribed in the Schedule.
